Praying for the family of Joe Armstrong. I was a part of the Brodgen Primary family where I met Joe. A Godly man who loved talking about his wife, children and grandchildren. My deepest condolences.

To the Armstrong Family (Sister Gladys, Sister Tammy, Iteria, Dominique & Candice):
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
- Revelation 21:3-4

To my family, please know that my love and prayers are with you all! Cousin Preacher was a very special part of my life as I was growing up. I have spent many of my youthful days on Coley-Cobb Lane and there was never a time that he did not show me love! For that, I am truly thankful and grateful. To Cousin Gladys, I love you and I pray that God gives you the strength as you go through these difficult times, Peaches, Toi, and Anthony, I Love you all very much and pray that God gives each of you the peace that passes all understanding. We may not understand what God does, but we must trust and understand that he makes no mistakes and that HIS will is always perfect. My love and prayers are continuously with you all and I pray that God gives each of you much needed strength to endure.

May I offer my sincere condolences. May your hearts find comfort in God's Word where it states: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord will wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) May your loved one awaken to a world where there will be peace, no sickness (Isaiah 33:24), and no more troubles (Revelation 21:4) throughout eternity (Psalm 37:29). May your hearts find comfort and hope in God’s Word, family, friends and good memories at this time. My deepest sympathy to you.

Aunt Gladys, Anthony (Bridget), Peaches (Coco, Killer), Toi (Shannon, Booda), Thank you for sharing Uncle Preacher with me. I could not wait for the summer to visit in New York. He and Aunt Gladys treated me as their own (not just a niece)-when you guys got I got--that was love. He loved his family as his parents loved him. Our family's foundation is based on love and God knows he showed it. Each of us are hurting in different manners, but each day we can reflect on how he has touch our lives for the better. He always had a word of wisdom/opinion which for me which would start off with-"Well Shug". Last Saturday, there was not much wisdom/opinion, because college football was on! That was not the time to seek wisdom and/or opinions! God knows I will miss him!
