Mrs. Ellis, formerly of Riegelwood, NC, retired from life’s fitful fevers on Saturday in Lanham, MD. 

The Obsequies for Mrs. Ellis will begin with a Triumphant Life and Legacy Celebration on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Reid Temple AME Church in Lanham, MD with the assistance of the staff of J.B. Jenkins Funeral Establishment. The services will commence at 9:30am with a public visitation and a 11am formal service. On Friday, January 5, 2018 at 10am the Majestic Compassionate Professionals, will climax the celebrating events with an elegant and intimate service by the graveside in Mt. Pleasant AME Zion Church Cemetery in Riegelwood, NC. It will be in this designated location that Mrs. Ellis will remain, until Gabriel blows his trumpet and the King of Kings descends from Heaven with one foot on the celestial seas and one foot on a crimson cloud, commanding all of His beloved children to enter into their new mansions beyond the skies.
