With an abundance of sympathy, the Majestic Funeral Home Family announces to all that Mrs. Annie Brown, no longer answers to her name on this side because she answered her Heavenly Father’s summons on Friday morning at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center in Whiteville, NC.

The “Last Mile” events between Mrs. Brown and her precious loved ones will be begin with visiting moments on Friday from 6pm to 9pm in the main chapel on the campus of Majestic Funeral Establishment. The celebratory events will climax with a Glorious Service of Remembrance on Saturday at 1pm at First Baptist Church in Bladenboro, NC.  Following the services in the sanctuary, Ms. Brown’s delicate vessel along with her adored family will be escorted to the Pone-Brown Cemetery for Interment Rites. Yes this is as far as Mrs. Annie’s children and relatives can trod with her on this side of eternity, however, they can find solace understanding she is now in that land flowing with milk and honey and the King of Kings is present with all the saints that have made it in....each and every day. 

Left to cherish her memories are her four children:  Cathie Arnette Hatcher of Greensboro, NC, Maress Brown (Judy) and Maria Chatman (Michael), both of Bladenboro, NC, Danny Brown (Marissa) of   McLeansville, NC, and a host of grandchildren;  great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends:  R.C. Davis of Bladenboro, NC and Ellis Drawhorn of Greensboro, NC. 

Visitors are being received at the residence located at 4960 Hwy 211 W, Bladenboro, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Majestic Motorcade.
