Ms. Sharlene Long Obituary

With loving arms of compassion the Majestic Funeral Homes Family is consoling the heartbroken loved ones of Ms. Sharlene Long formerly of Riegelwood as they prepare to take a journey that no family wishes to take.  Ms. Long closed the curtains of life Sunday, February 21, 2021 in Bronx, NY.

On Saturday, March 6, 2021 between the hour of 10am and 11am, Ms. Long will lie in peaceful repose for those who wish to spend moments with her in the Graham Chapel AME Zion Church Cemetery in Riegelwood, NC. The “Dash” between Ms. Sharlene’s year of birth and year of leaving this world will be honored immediately following the visiting hours at 11am. It is during this ceremony, that all can reflect on how special Sharlene was and comfort her family as they remember this precious jewel who is now in the number that John spoke of in the great book of Revelations. "Those are they, who have come up through hard trials and tribulations and have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb." Sharlene has moved into her new mansion and she is walking the streets paved with gold, rejoicing with the angels and enjoying Paradise beyond the clouds.

Sharlene leaves to cherish her memories her father:  Stephen E. Long; her mother:  Shirley W. Fleming; two children:  Jerod S. Long (Miracle) and Janei S. Long (Lynn); her sisters:  Sharyn M.
