Ms. Princess Washington

Father please give us the wisdom and knowledge needed, as we serve your children which are the remaining family members of Ms. Princess Washington. Ms. Washington quietly began the long sleep in the arms of Jesus Christ on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

Beginning on Saturday August 24, 2024 , tender moments of public visitation and reflection will take place between the hours of 10am and 11am at Mt. Olive AME Zion Church located at 32 Mount Olive Road Elizabethtown, NC. While there, relatives and friends can unite in love and support for each other, as they prepare to say “farewell.”  Commencing at 11am, there will be a Triumphant Legacy Celebration also in the sanctuary of Mt. Olive AME Zion Church. Following the services in the sanctuary, Ms. Washington's delicate temple along with her adored family, will be escorted to the Church Cemetery for Interment Rites. Princess was so much to so many and it will be difficult with her no longer being with us on this side.  However, those who loved her can find solace knowing, she is now strolling the streets paved with pure gold free from all of life’s fitful fevers. There, she’s sitting at the Welcome Table feasting on milk and honey while enjoying being in the presence of her Heavenly Father.
