In extreme sorrow, the staff of Majestic Funeral Homes is embracing the tender hearts of the loved ones of Ms. Marque Latrell James. Ms. James received her angelic wings on Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Precious moments have been sat aside by this devoted family on Friday evening, March 11, 2022 between the hours of 6pm and 8pm at Freedom Way Ministries in Wilmington, NC. During this time, family and friends can gather to embrace each other as the healing process begins, while reflecting on everlasting memories of Ms. James. Beginning at 12noon on Saturday, March 12, 2022 a Triumphant Farewell Ceremony will be called to order also at Freedom Way Ministries in Wilmington, NC. There’s nothing like a “good mother” and the love and values that she has forever etched in the hearts and minds of her children and other relatives that will sustain them, although she is now in the company of our Heavenly Father resting in everlasting peace beyond the sky.

Marque leaves to cherish her precious memories: her six children: Lakeem Johnson, Shatamyrh James, Omonte Bell, Quamek James, Marquia James and Jemeria James; mother: Carolyn Davis; six grandchildren; four sisters: Angela James, Tomeka Davis, Latonia Thomas and Carla Thomas; one brother: James Davis and a host of other relatives and friends.

Guests are being received at the residence located at 616 Dawson St., Wilmington, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
