With tender hands of compassion and genuine hearts of love, the Majestic Family joins with the devoted loved ones of Ms. Alice L. Artis as they prepare to say “Until We Meet Again." Ms. Artis was greeted by her loving Savior Jesus Christ along with others in the Heavenly Host on Thursday evening, April 15, 2021 as she quietly left her room at Cone Health Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

Services Remembering a Life Well-Lived will begin with a visitation on Friday, April 23, 2021 between the moments of 5pm and 7pm at Evergreen Chapel located at 3888 US Hwy 70W Goldsboro, NC where Ms. Artis will lie in peaceful repose. On Saturday, April 24, 2021 commencing at 3pm there will be a Triumphant Legacy Celebration at Love Memorial Baptist Church located at 192 Woodland Church Rd., Goldsboro, NC. Immediately following the order of service, an intimate Committal Service will come forth in the Golden Gate Cemetery in Pikeville, NC. It is in this place that her physical temple will remain until time is called into eternity and those who are sleep in Christ will rise first to meet Him in the air.

A lifetime of memories will forever rest in the hearts of many such as her two children: Lori Artis and Dexter Artis; mother: Roberta Artis; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister: Angela Pitt; two brothers: Tim Artis, James Artis and a host of other relatives and friends.

Guests are being received at 420 Cardinal Dr., Goldsboro, NC where they will assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
