Mrs. Shirley Mae (Ballard) Bryant

The staff and management of the Majestic Funeral Home embrace the loving family of Mrs. Shirley Mae Bryant as they remember this precious jewel. Mrs. Bryant retired from life’s fitful fevers on September 3, 2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

The Obsequies for Mrs. Bryant will begin on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 with a public visitation between the hours of 6pm and 7:30pm in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Home in Riegelwood, NC. The events continue with a Triumphant Life and Legacy Graveside Celebration on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 commencing at 11am at Crystal Spring Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Leland, NC. It will be in this designated location that Mrs. Bryant will remain until Gabriel blows his trumpet and the King of Kings descends from Heaven with one foot on the celestial seas and one foot on a crimson cloud commanding all of His beloved children to enter into their mansion beyond the skies.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband: Robert Bryant; children: Rev. Cedric (Lillie) Bryant, Monique Bowens, Rozetta Bryant and Saberna (Christopher) Watson; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; twenty great-great grandchildren; siblings: Adell Ballard, Christine Vernon and Sylvester (Fossie) Ballard and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Guests are being received at the residence located at 4870 Vernon Rd, Leland, NC where they will also assemble for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
