Mrs. Sherry Michelle (Lloyd) Burns

The moment has come when the Majestic Family must pause and inform all that Mrs. Sherry Lloyd Burns no longer resides on this side of the Jordan river. On Tuesday evening that Glorious ship of Zion, left the dock at her residence surrounded by her loved ones with Mrs. Sherry on board, bound for Paradise. 

A Farewell Ceremony by the Graveside reflecting Mrs. Burns journey while on earth will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 1pm at the Carvers Creek AME Zion Church Cemetery in Council, NC. On Wednesday, November 18, 2020 between the hours of 5pm and 7pm, Mrs. Burns will lie in state for those who wish to pay their respect in the main chapel at Majestic Funeral Home Elizabethtown, NC. As difficult as this time is for everyone, her beloved daughter can find solace knowing, not only will Mrs. Burns be reuniting with the man she loved so dearly here on earth, Mr. Kirby Burns, she will be meeting the man that loved her so much, that he laid His Life down, so that when she left this world behind, He would have a mansion ready for her beyond the skies. 

Loving memories will be cherished by her three children: Emani India Lloyd, Dwight Burns and Tina Burns; father: Henry Bernard Spivey; one sister: Dawanna Mckoy; three stepbrothers: Junior Spivey, Jermaine Spivey and Nathaniel Spivey and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving visitors at 6736 NC Hwy.41 West, Elizabethtown, NC during this difficult time, where they will also assemble for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
