It is with sincere sadness, that the staff of Majestic Funeral Home & Cremations announce the earthy transition of Mrs. Sherry Darlene Hall Bowens formerly of Delco, NC. Mrs. Bowens peacefully entered into everlasting rest on Monday, May 30, 2022 at her residence in Clayton, NC.
The Legacy Remembering events will commence on Saturday, June 4, 2022 for moments of visitation and reflection from 3pm until 5pm as Mrs. Bowens rests in peaceful repose in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Home in Riegelwood, NC. Beginning at 1pm on Sunday, June 5, 2022, a Triumphant Graveside Celebration will begin for Mrs. Bowens in the Freeman Community Cemetery in Bolton, NC. It is during this ceremony, that all can reflect on how special Sherry was and comfort her family as they remember this precious jewel who is now in the number that John spoke of in the great book of Revelations. "Those are they, who have come up through hard trials and tribulations and have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb." Sherry has moved into her new mansion and she is walking the streets paved with gold, rejoicing with the angels and enjoying Paradise beyond the clouds.
Sherry leaves to cherish her memories: three children: Jeronica Nadine Webb, Iris Bowens and James V. Bowens Jr; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
The Bowens and connected families are being provided services of compassion and distinguished class from The Majestic Servants of Service of Riegelwood.
