The moment has come and the Majestic Funeral Home Family has been given the solemn duty to announce, that Mrs. Monique Bowens is no longer troubled with the cares of this world. Mrs. Monique Bowens passed away Tuesday evening May 7, 2024, in Leland, NC.

Moments have been etched in time for family and friends to pay homage to Mrs. Bowens, as she rests in tranquil repose at Crystal Spring Missionary Baptist Church in Northwest, NC on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 12noon until 1pm. Commencing at 1pm, a Service of Remembrance will take place also at Crystal Spring Missionary Baptist Church in Northwest, NC. Immediately following the farewell celebration, Mrs. Monique’s physical vessel and her cherished family will be escorted to the church cemetery for Committal Rites. As difficult as this is for Mrs. Monique’s loved ones to endure this tremendous loss, consolation comes knowing that God promised to be closer than a wife, mother or friend when each of them are no longer with us. If God said it, then that settles it and He will fulfill His promises for this precious family, being anything they need just when they need it the most.
