As the Angelic Hosts rejoices with the arrival of another Annointed woman of God, those who remain to endure have heavy hearts and indescribable sadness as a result of this tremendous loss. Mrs. Mazie Jacobs gently laid her head in the Master’s arms and went to sleep in Paradise on Friday morning, at her residence, surrounded by her devoted family
Services to honor this Matriarch have been finalized by her precious family and are planned as such. On Saturday, October 1, 2022 between the tender moments of 11am and 12noon, Mrs. Jacobs will lie in tranquil repose in the Myrtle Grove First Born Holiness Church on Carolina Beach Rd., Wilmington, NC, for visitors to pay respect to her prior to the formal service. Beginning at 12noon, a “Glorious Send-Off” will come forth in the sanctuary of Myrtle Grove First Born Holiness Church. Following the order of divine worship, Mrs. Jacobs’ earthen vessel along with her adored family, will be escorted to the Oak Grove Cemetery also in Wilmington for Interment Rites. Mrs. Jacobs is now doing what the hymnologist wrote about when they put pen to parchment and said “Sit down weary servant and rest a little while.”
Loving memories are forever cherished by her children: Bishop Alexander Jacobs Jr. (Deborah) and Gloria Jacobs Jenkins; 4 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and a host nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Guests are being received at the residence located at 6834 Carolina Beach Rd. Wilmington, N.C, where they will also assemble in preparation for the Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
Every member of the Majestic Family is providing any measure of assistance available on earth to the Jacobs and and connected families, during this difficult moment in their lives.
