Mrs. Lillie Ethel Bowen Keaton Obituary

The moment in time has arrived and the Majestic Funeral Home Family has been asked to announce to all that Mrs. Lillie Keaton has permanently changed her address to 777 Highway 7, in that beautiful city called Heaven.

Moments of reflection will take place on Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm as Mrs. Keaton will rest in repose at Pleasant Union Missionary Baptist Church in Riegelwood, NC.  A Triumphant Life and Legacy Celebration will be held on Saturday commencing at 2pm also in the sanctuary of Pleasant Union Missionary Baptist Church. The Rite Reverend Doctor Q.J. Williamson will serve as the Celebrant-In-Chief.  Following the services in the house of God, Mrs. Keaton’s delicate vessel along with her adored family will be escorted to the church cemetery for Interment Rites.  Inspirational minds can imagine Mrs. Keaton has settled into her brand new mansion in glory admiring the solid gold floors and walls made of pure jasper, not to mention her reunion with all of her friends and loved ones who have gone before her.  Those that knew and loved Mrs. Lillie can find solace realizing she is sitting at the welcome table feasting on milk and honey with the heavenly host.

Ethel’s loving and precious memories will be remembered by her loving and caring husband:  Eddie M. Keaton; two daughters:  Veronica E. Moore (James) and DeOndrea L. Keaton; two sons:  Tracy L. Bowen(Michelle) and Brian G. Robinson; sixteen grandchildren:  Takiea Cox, Tracy L. Bowen Jr, “TJ” Santanna), Tanaya Daniels, Tamika Moore, James E. Moore IV, Jana E. Moore, Simon Bruce, Shanika Robinson,    Brianica Bryant (Terrell), Kalen Hansley, Jalen Hansley, Brian Robinson Jr., Dy’ Quan Robinson, Aariene Hansley, Rodney Hansley, Jr. (Tigger) and Tareck Robinson; nine great-grandchildren; Alayah, Tajanah, Taylor,  Jamiee, Kailee, Kara, Amare, Paris and Prince; four brothers:  Charles Bowen (Sharon), Alflonza Bowen, William Bowen and Aulden Butts; seven sisters:  Dale Dixon (Dennis), Cordelia Nadine Bowen, Brenda Coleman (Rico), Andrea Butts, Stacey Williams (Justin), Darlene Bowe (Mike) and Stephanie Henry; three uncles:  James Graham, Ernest Graham and Jimmy Baker; three aunts:  Frances Jenrette, Katie Cobb and Gracie Powell; special nephews:  Corey Corbett (Victoria), Cedric Bowen (Ella), Jeffrey Henry and Marwan Lacewell; sisters–in-law:  Jennifer Henry (special  friend), Sandra Graham, Gretchen Graham (Lorenzo), Jackie Keaton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Guests are being received at 570 Dickson Rd., Riegelwood, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
