With tender hands of compassion and genuine hearts of love, the Majestic Family joins with the devoted loved ones of Ms. Lena Munn as they prepare to say “until we meet again." Ms. Munn was greeted by her loving Savior Jesus Christ along with others in the Heavenly Host on Monday evening, October 19, 2020 as she quietly left her residence in East Arcadia, NC.
Services Remembering a Life Well-Lived will begin with a public gathering and visitation on Friday, October 23, 2020 between the moments of 12pm and 2pm at Majestic Funeral Home in Riegelwood, NC where Mrs. Munn will lie in peaceful repose. The events will climax with a Service of Honoring this special gem at 2pm in the main chapel at Majestic Funeral Home in Riegelwood, NC. Afterwhich, Mrs. Munn and her adored family will be escorted to the Pleasant Union Church Cemetery for Commital Rites. It is in this place that her physical temple will remain until time is called into eternity and those who are sleep in Christ will rise first to meet Him in the air.
She was preceded in death by her husband: James T. Munn Sr; parents: Gus and Francis Bass, one daughter: Glendora M. Wright; one grandson: James T. Munn III; one sister: Beatrice Jacobs.
Lena leaves to cherish her loving memories: one daughter: Floretta Munn of the home; two sons: James T. Munn Jr. and Ronald Munn (Linda) of Atkinson NC; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one sister: Lucille Stevens of Whiteville, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Guests are being received at the residence located at 1289 E Arcadia Rd. Riegelwood, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
