Mrs. Jean (Thurman) Williams

It is with tears of sadness that the staff of Majestic Funeral Home announce the earthly departure of Mrs. Jean Thurman Williams. Mrs. Williams transitioned into eternal rest on February 13, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. 

A time to visit with Mrs. Jean and her adored family will be on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 5pm until 7pm in the main chapel on the campus of Majestic Funeral Home located in the heart of Elizabethtown. Services to celebrate the life and legacy of Mrs. Williams, will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022 beginning at 2pm in The main Ballroom on the campus of Whimsical Florist and Gifts located at 314 S. Popular St., Elizabethtown, NC. Following the services in the ballroom, Mrs. Williams delicate vessel along her precious family, will be escorted to Clarkton Community Cemetery in Clarkton, NC for interment rites. Mrs. Jean was so much to so many and it will be difficult with her no longer being with us on this side. Yes, everyone will miss her wonderful cooking but she has exchanged her cooking apron for a long white robe and her pots and pans for her golden slippers.

The family is receiving guests between the hours of 3pm and 8pm at the residence located at, 200 Edgewood St., Clarkton, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for The Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.

At the request of the family, masks are required when entering the residence and Funeral establishment for both the visiting hours as well as the service.

The Williams and connected families are receiving services of compassion and distinguished class from The Majestic Family of Elizabethtown.
