Mr. Sandford Ervin Gaskins

With genuine comfort and support, the Majestic Funeral Homes family announce the peaceful transition of Mr. Sandford Ervin Gaskins from this life to life everlasting, Saturday, August 14, 2021 while resting at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC. 

Life Remembering Services for Mr. Gaskins, will begin with a visitation as Sandford lies in tranquil repose on Thursday, August 26, 2021 between the hours of 4pm and 6pm at Central Baptist Church in Whiteville, NC. On Friday, August 27, 2021 beginning at 1pm, The “Farewell” Celebration of Life will take place on the grounds of Central Baptist Church in Whiteville, NC. Following the order of service, Mr. Gaskins’ physical temple along with his cherished loved ones will be escorted to the Campground Cemetery for Interment Rites. As difficult as it is to accept Sandford no longer being present physically, all can find solace knowing that God promised to wipe away all tears from this family’s eyes, as they continue to cope with a missing link in their family’s chain. 

Loving memories will be always remain in the hearts of those dear to Mr. Sandford such as his three sons: Ervin Gaskins, Cedric Burden and Michael Chamberlend; five grandchildren; two sisters: Helen Johnson (Robert) and Janice Merle; three brothers: Daniel Gaskins (Alice), Michael Gaskins, Samuel Gaskins (Gwen) and a host of other special relatives and friends.
