It has become the solemnly hurtful responsibility of the Majestic Funeral Home Family, to formally announce that Mr. Roger D. King formerly of Goldsboro, NC, stepped aboard the Gospel Train bound for Glory on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at his residence in Raleigh, NC.

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022 commencing at 12noon, a Loving Farewell Graveside Ceremony will take place in the Old Mill Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC. It is in this holding place that Mr. King will remain, until that Great Coronation in the middle of the air, when all of God's children will meet and crown Him King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Left to cherish his fond memories are his three children: Heven A. King, Debi M. King and Murial D. King; father: Roger King Jr.; two sisters: Murial C. King, Sonya King and a host of other relatives and friends.

The King and connected families are receiving services of Compassion and Distinguished Class from the Majestic Servants of Service of Elizabethtown.
