With tender hands of compassion and genuine hearts of love, the Majestic Family joins with the devoted loved ones of Mr. Roger Bowen, as they prepare to say “until we meet again”. Mr. Bowen was greeted by his Lord Savior Jesus Christ, along with others others among the Heavenly Host on Sunday, May 5, 2024 as he quietly left from his residence in Riegelwood, NC. 

On Thursday, May 09, 2024 between the moments of 5pm and 7pm a time for visitation and reflecting will take place at Majestic Funeral Home in Riegelwood, NC. Life Honoring Services will climax on Friday, May 10, 2024 commencing at 1pm, as a Loving Farewell Ceremony will take place at Graham Chapel AME Zion Church in Riegelwood, NC. At the conclusion of the order of divine worship in the sanctuary, Mr. Bowen's mortal frame along with his adored family will be escorted to the church cemetery for committal rights. Although Mr. Bowen closed the drapes on this daily walk called life, those whom he loved and loved him can find solace knowing he has walked into the Garden of Rest where everyday is as peaceful and beautiful as a bright Sunday morning and the sunlight brightens the day from the rays of our Heavenly Father.
