Mr. Lester Beatty

The Majestic Funeral Home personnel has been given the solemn responsibility to announce that Mr. Lester Beatty quietly stepped out of life’s backdoor Monday, June 23, 2025, while resting at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC. 

The services have been methodically arranged in an order that those special to Mr. Beatty and his adored family can take part. Commencing on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, between the moments of 10am and 11am, a time of visitation and reflection will be held in the Majestic Life Celebration Chapel in Elizabethtown, NC as Mr. Beatty rests in peaceful repose. A Loving Farewell Service will be called to order at 11am also in the Life Celebration Chapel on the Majestic campus. After which, Mr. Lester’s mortal remains along with his adored family will be escorted to Restwell Cemetery #1 in Bolton, NC for interment rites. Yes, this is as far as Mr. Beatty’s relatives can trod with him on this side of eternity, however, John the Revelator has sent good news to Mr. Lester’s loving family when he wrote, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and they shall be no more death neither sorrow because the former things have passed away.” Let the church say......... Amen.
