The moment has come and the Majestic Funeral Home Family has been given the solemn duty to announce, that Mr. Lavon Alford is no longer troubled with the cares of this world. Mr. Alford began his life of everlasting peace on Wednesday morning, at Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown, NC.

The Services honoring Mr. Alford’s life will begin with hours of visiting on Monday, February 27, 2023, between the hours of 4pm and 6pm at Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. During this time, family and friends can gather and remember better days with Lavon, while relying on their faith to get them through this difficult time. On Tuesday, February 28, 2023 commencing at 12noon, Loving Farewell Ceremony by the graveside will take place at Round Branch Baptist Church in Bladenboro, NC. This is a journey no family wishes to take with the one they love. However, the Master promised to give them comfort knowing that Lavon is sitting around the Throne, never to deal with life’s fitful fevers again.
