Mr. Junius Miller Obituary

The task has been given to the Majestic Family to advise everyone that Mr. Junius Miller departed from time as we know and entered into eternal time on Thursday evening, September 1, 2022 at his residence. His loving daughter realized her beloved father left his bags behind but was holding the hands of two angels dressed in white. No one asked any questions, because all knew where he was going....to Paradise.

Services to honor Mr. Miller’s journey on this side of Jordan have been finalized and will proceed thusly. On Tuesday evening, September 6, 2022 between the hours of 5pm to 7pm, a public visitation will take place in the Majestic Funeral Home’s Riegelwood Chapel. At 1pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, a Loving Service of Reflection will be held also in the Majestic Funeral Home Chapel at the Riegelwood Campus. Interment Rites with full military honors will take place in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake, NC. For many years Mr. Miller served his country in the skies with the US Airforce. Now his mission is simple, he must rest with his Heavenly Father and always smile down on his beloved family who remain here to honor his legacy, ensuring them that he is only a “look up and look out” away.

Cherishing his memories forever: one daughter: Brenda Blanks; two sisters: Callie Miller and Estelle Miller; one son-in-law: James Blanks; grandchildren: Bobby Blanks, Timothy Blanks and Andrew Blanks; great grandchildren: Samuel J. Boyd, Jordan Blanks, Peyton Blanks, Joshua Blanks and Bryson Blanks; special family and friends: Susan Morrison, Perry Bowen, Skippy Miller, Beverly Sandford, Ayana Fredieu and Lamont Reed; special co-workers: James Wise, Lorenzo Kidd, Earlene Harrison Crump and Booker Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitors are being received at the residence located at 448 Kennedy Store Rd., Riegelwood, NC, where they will also assemble in preparation for the Majestic Timeless Ebony Motorcade.

E. M. Matthews himself, along with the staff of Majestic are providing any measure of assistance to this adored family during this difficult moment in their lives.
