Mr. Jimmie Lesesne

The moment has been determined by God and the task has been given to the Majestic Family to advise everyone that Mr. Jimmie Lesesne departed this walk of life early Tuesday morning, October 4, 2022 from Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center in Whiteville, NC, leaving his bags behind but holding the hands of two angels dressed in white. No one said anything because all knew where he was going.

On Saturday evening, beginning at 3pm until 5pm, Mr. Lesesne's family has elected to have him lie in repose for a public viewing at Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC.  At 2pm on Sunday afternoon October 16, 2022, a formal “farewell” ceremony will be called to order at Greater McKoy’s Chapel Church in Dublin, NC.  Immediately following the formalities in the sanctuary,  Mr. Jimmie’s earthen vessel along with his cherished family will be escorted to Lesesne Cemetery for Committal Rites.  One may wonder why Mr. Jimmie would leave his earthly belongings here when he departed this past Saturday, however, those close to him find comfort understanding that where Jimmie is now there was no need for any of his earthly garments or shoes because he has a pair of Golden Slippers and a Long White Robe. 

Family and friends are being received at his residence located at 1140 Martin Gourd Rd. Clarkton, NC.
