Mr. James Clarence McKeithan

In extreme sorrow, the staff of Majestic Funeral Homes are embracing the tender hearts of the family of Mr. James Clarence McKeithan. Mr. McKeithan received his angelic wings on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Lower Cape Fear Life Care in Whiteville, NC. 

Services commemorating this priceless gem will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in the A.B. Hobbs Memorial Chapel on the premises of Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. Reflecting moments has been reserved by Mr. James family on the same day from 1pm until 2pm. Immediately following the visiting hours at 2pm, a Triumphant Celebration of Life will be called to order. Following the Order of Divine Worship, Mr. McKeithan’s delicate vessel along with his adored family will be escorted to the Sand Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in the Abbottsburg community in Bladenboro, NC for the Committal Rites. As difficult as it is to accept James no longer being present physically, all can find solace knowing that God promised to wipe away all tears from this family’s eyes, as they continue to cope with a missing link in their family’s chain. 

James was preceded in death by his parents: Willie and Thelma McKeithan; one brother: Robert McKeithan.

James leaves to cherish his memories: special niece: Candice Wright; four sisters: Delois Wright (Harold), Betty DeWitt (Jimmy), Lizzie McKeithan and Bessie Pone; special friend: Mary White and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Guests are being received at 279 Wright Rd., Bladenboro, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
