Mr. James Matthew Gillespie

In extreme sorrow, the staff of Majestic Funeral Homes are embracing the tender hearts of the family of Mr. James Matthew Gillespie. Mr. Gillespie received his angelic wings on Monday, April 18, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Services commemorating this priceless gem will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 in the A.B. Hobbs Memorial Chapel on the premises of Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. Reflecting moments has been reserved by Mr. James family on the same day from 2pm until 3pm. Immediately following the visiting hours at 3pm, a Triumphant Celebration of Life will be called to order. Following the Order of Divine Worship, Mr. Gillespie delicate vessel along with his adored family will be escorted to Brooklyn Memorial Gardens in Bladenboro, NC for the Committal Rites. As difficult as it is to accept James  no longer being present physically, all can find solace knowing that God promised to wipe away all tears from this family’s eyes, as they continue to cope with a missing link in their family’s chain. 

Guests are being received at 802 Martin Luther King Jr Dr., Bladenboro, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
