The staff and management of Majestic Funeral Homes would like to inform all that Mr. Ira L. Thompson entered into the long sleep with the Savior early Saturday morning, September 3, 2022 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC.
The Services honoring Mr. Thompson's legacy will begin with hours of visiting on Saturday, September 10, 2022 between the hours of 2pm and 3pm in Kelly Cemetery in Bladenboro, NC. Immediately following the visiting hours at 3pm, “The Farewell Ceremony” will be called to order. As difficult as it is to accept Ira no longer being present physically, all can find solace knowing that God promised to wipe away all tears from this family’s eyes, as they continue to cope with a missing link in their family’s chain.
