Mr. Corey Thompson

With heavy hearts and solemn emotions, the loved ones of Mr. Corey Thompson are preparing to say “so long” to a vital link to their family’s chain and are being assisted with this difficult task by the Majestic Funeral Homes Family. Mr. Thompson went down to the ticketing office on Wednesday, 26, 2022 and the train conductor Jesus Christ issued him a boarding pass bound for life in Paradise. 

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022 commencing at 2pm, a Loving Farewell Ceremony will take place in the Majestic Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel in Elizabethtown NC. Although Mr. Thompson closed the drapes on this daily walk called life, those whom he loved and loved him can find solace knowing he has walked into the Garden of Rest where everyday is as peaceful and beautiful as a bright Sunday morning and the sunlight brightens the day from the rays of our Heavenly Father.

Corey is survived by his mother Shelia Yvonne Thompson; one sister: Mawella Marie Gee (Shawn Gee Sr.); one brother: Willie Thompson Jr. ( Jeanne Doris Thompson); nieces: Jasmyn Gee and Alyssa Thompson; nephews: Santana Thompson, Houston Thompson, Shawn Gee Jr. and Benjamin Janis; In-laws: Michael Bollinger and Matthew Bollinger and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
