Mr. Clarence Featherson

With an abundance of love and concern, the Majestic Family is embracing the heartbroken loved ones of Mr. Clarence Featherson as they prepare to say “Farewell” to this vital link to their family chain. Mr. Featherson closed the curtains on this journey called life on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Lower Cape Fear Life Care in Whiteville, NC. 

Services to commemorate the legacy of Mr. Clarence will begin with a public visitation on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 between the hours of 4pm and 6pm where Mr. Featherson will lie in a tranquil repose in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Homes’ Elizabethtown location. The Loving Farewell Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 11am in the Sand Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in the Abbottsburg community. During these “so-long” events, those in attendance will be able to bring some sense of closure during this moment of sadness, while relying on their faith in the Master to see them through the difficult days that lie ahead. 

Left to cherish fond memories are his four children: Daphine Toomer, Dyotha Rene’ Adams, Brian Monroe and Rodney Sweat; mother: Lucille Lindsey Featherson; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nine sisters: Bessie Lewis, Marilyn McCoy, Sherry Bright, Dixie Faison, Phyllis Edwards, Naomi Smith, Magdalene Chambers, Barbara Gainey and Effie Lewis; nine brothers: Henry Featherson, Thomas Featherson, Johnny Featherson, Jimmy Featherson, Warren Featherson, Bobby Featherson, William Featherson, Elijah Addison, Donald Ray Addison and a host of other relatives and friends.

Guests are being received at the residence located at 1615 W Seaboard St., Bladenboro, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
