With many having mixed emotions and understandably broken hearts, the Majestic Family has been given the solemn duty to serve notice that Mr. Archie Hill no longer has to tolerate life’s fitful fevers. Mr. Hill stepped out of life’s backdoor Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.
Services to commemorate the legacy of Mr. Archie will begin with a public visitation on Thursday, March 25, 2021 between the hours of 5pm and 7pm where Mr. Archie will lie in a tranquil repose in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Homes’ Elizabethtown, NC location. The events will climax with a Triumphant Graveside Service on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 1pm in the Cromartie Hill AME Zion Church Cemetery in Clarkton, NC. It is in this holding place that Mr. Hill will remain, until that Great Coronation in the middle of the air, when all of God's children will meet and crown Him King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Left to cherish his fond memories: three nieces: Dianne C. Thompson (the late Michael Thompson) of Whiteville, NC, Laura L. Williams (Michael Williams) of Milton, Delaware and Angela D. Smith (Pastor James Smith) of Clarkton, NC; two nephews: Lloyd D. Currie of Richmond, Virginia, Ronnie Currie (Marlonda Currie) of Atlanta, Georgia and a host of other relatives and friends
The Compassionate Professionals of Majestic Funeral Homes are serving the Hill and connected families during this difficult moment.
