Mr. Allen Packer I

Allen Packer I was born on May 8th, 1962 to Robert and Emma Jean Packer. He transitioned from this life on Monday, October 30, 2023, while resting at his residence surrounded by his devoted family.

Allen always had a love of collecting, salvaging and restoring antiques. He was a man that valued family and loved his grandkids more than life itself. He also had a love for Nascar and vintage automobiles. Allen was joined in holy matrimony to Ramona Walts Packer for over 40 years.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother Stacy and sister Robbie Jean

He leaves precious memories of love, his wife Ramona, his dogs: Molly, Lou Lou and Cutie; daughter, Jessica (Derek) of Mississippi, sons, Shawn (Jessica) of Angier, NC and Allen (Allison) of Elizabethtown, NC; granddaughters: Shelby and  Charlotte; father-in-law, Ronald Walts; brothers and sisters-in-law: Mark (Anita) of Mohawk NY, Robin (Cornelio) of Elizabethtown, NC and Sherrie (Franco) of Fayetteville, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. 

Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 2pm at Wesley’s Chapel Church in Elizabethtown, NC. The family will be present to receive guests during visiting moments also on Friday prior to the service, from 12:30pm until 2pm. Immediately following the services in the sanctuary, Mr. Packer along with his adored family, will be escorted to the Wesley’s Chapel Church Cemetery for Interment.
