As the day draws closer to the end than when it began, the Majestic Family joins with loving arms wrapped around the relatives of Mr. Alexander Baldwin as we embark on the “Last Mile” on this side of the Jordan with him. Mr. Baldwin got his ticket and stepped on that morning train on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC.
Services to reflect on “The Dash” of Mr. Baldwin’s life which was from his time of birth until the moment he entered into everlasting rest are finalized by his cherished family and are as follows. This coming Sunday afternoon, February 20, 2022 between the hour of 3pm to 5pm, tender moments of reflection will take place in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Homes’ Elizabethtown location. While there, relatives and friends can unite in love and support for each other as they prepare to say “farewell" to Mr. Alexander. On Monday, February 21, 2022 commencing at 1pm there will be a Triumphant Legacy Graveside Celebration at Jones Cemetery in Clarkton, NC. Mr. Alexander was so much to so many and it will be difficult with him no longer being with us on this side. However, those who loved him can find solace knowing although he enjoyed cutting grass and maintaining yards down here, he is now strolling the streets paved with pure gold free from all of life’s fitful fevers. Yes, everyone will miss him but he’s sitting at the Welcome Table feasting on Milk and Honey.
Left to cherish his memories: his wife: Ada Rose Baldwin; four children: Alex Baldwin (Mary), Rodney Baldwin (Annette), Andre Baldwin and Terrell Baldwin; 12 grandchildren; four brothers: Lenward Baldwin Sr., Lonnie Baldwin, Robert Baldwin, Daniel Baldwin and a host of other relatives and friends.
Guests are being received at 1474 Farmers Union Rd., Clarkton, NC where they will also assemble for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
The Compassionate Professionals of Majestic Funeral Home of Elizabethtown are working around the clock to provide the Baldwin and connected families with uncompromising dignity during this difficult moment in life.
