Minister William A. Herring Jr.

As the Angelic Host rejoices with the arrival of another annointed man of God, those who remain to endure have heavy hearts and indescribable sadness as a result of this tremendous loss.  Minister William Herring Jr. gently laid his head in the Master’s arms and went to sleep in Paradise on Thursday at his residence.

The Glorious and Triumphant Life Celebration events have been methodically orchestrated and will proceed in the following order.  Beginning on Friday, March 6, 2020 between the evening hours of 6pm and 8pm a public gathering will come forth as Minister William A. Herring Jr. lies in a tranquil repose at Majestic Funeral Home Chapel in Elizabethtown, NC.  Visitors will be greeted by a formally dressed Majestic Servant of Service whose sole purpose is to cater to the needs of the Herring family and those who have come to share love with their precious gem. On Saturday, March 7, 2020 being called to order promptly at 2 o’clock Post Meridian, the Angelic Obsequies fit for Heaven’s Royal Priesthood will take place at St. Rest Holiness Church, 5397 Johnsontown Rd., Elizabethtown, NC.  At the conclusion of the Triumphant “Send Off”, William along with adored relatives will be escorted to his earthly waiting room called St. Rest Holiness Church Cemetery until his name is called to receive his crown of Righteousness . Now that he has finally met the Man he has witnessed to others about for so many years and been honored to sit at the feet of the one he prayed to, not to mention beholding the beauty of the one he taught his children about, his spirit is satisfied and when the trumpet is sounded and the sky opens once and for all, the Master Himself will call his name saying, "William, you’ve been faithful, you’ve been true and you’ve done all you could ever do and for your faithfulness, ITS YOUR TIME."

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Sheena Herring, his mother, Emma Lee Johnson, his father, William A. Herring Sr., his children, Daisha J. Jordan, Jaylan J. Herring and Chelsey J. Herring, his sisters, Emily Brown, Jacqueline McClain and Tiffany Reid, his brother, Willis Treadwell and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving guests at 60 Almon Dr., Elizabethtown, NC where they will also assemble for the funeral motorcade.
