Minister Linda Cromartie Obituary

As the Angelic Host rejoices with the arrival of another annointed woman of God, those who remain to endure have heavy hearts and indescribable sadness as a result of this tremendous loss. Minister Linda Cromartie gently laid her head in the Master’s arms and went to sleep in Paradise on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC.

Precious moments have been set aside to spend intimate time with Minister Cromartie while reflecting on fonder memories, on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 10am until 11am in the A.B. Hobbs Memorial Chapel on the premises of Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. Services to celebrate the life and legacy of this devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend, will also be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11am also in the A.B. Hobbs Memorial Chapel on the premises of Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. Following the services in the chapel, Minister Cromartie delicate temple along with her adored family, will be escorted to Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake, NC for Interment Rites. Although her heartbroken family will have to depart, leaving her earthen vessel in this designated place, all that knew Minister Cromartie can rest knowing that she is now apart of the glorious number that John The Revelator spoke of in the final book in the Bible. John said he looked and saw a Great number, that no man could number and The Lord informed him, that those were the saints that had come up through hard trials and tribulations and had washed their Robes In the blood of the Lamb.

Life long memories will forever be remembered by her husband: Charlie Cromartie Jr of Tar Heel, NC; one daughter: Daphne Cromartie of Elizabeth, NJ; three sons: Charles D. Cromartie of Tar Heel, NC, Karon Cromartie of Charlotte, NC and Baron Cromartie of Elizabethtown, NC; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; six sisters: Malvern Rich of Newark, NJ, Mary Currie-Smith, Dianne Jones (Howard), Wanda Rich all of Roselle, NJ, Ellen Deskins (Jake) of Dunellen, NJ and Brenda Rich of Hillside, NJ; three brothers: Willie James Thompson (Rosa Lee) of Roseboro, NC, Johnnie Rich (Sally) of Fayetteville, NC, Larry Rich (Daisy) of Roselle, NJ along with a host of other relatives and friends.
