Mrs. Irene Francis

As the Angelic Host rejoices with the arrival of another annointed woman of God, those who remain to endure have heavy hearts and indescribable sadness as a result of this tremendous loss. Mrs. Irene Francis gently laid her head in the Master’s arms and went to sleep in Paradise on Friday night at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC surrounded by her devoted children and family. 

The Glorious and Amazingly beautiful Life Celebration events have been methodically orchestrated and will proceed in the following order. Beginning on Sunday, November 10, 2019 between the crisp autumn morning hours of 10am and 11am a public gathering will come forth as Mother Irene Francis lies in a tranquil repose, just as a bride awaits her groom at St. James Church of Christ in Goldsboro, NC. Visitors will be greeted by a formally dressed Majestic Servant of Service whose sole purpose is to cater to the needs of the Francis family and those who have come to share love with their precious jewel. On Sunday, November 10, 2019 being called to order promptly at 11 o’clock Ante Meridian, the Angelic Obsequious fit for Heaven’s Royal Priesthood will take place at the church. At the conclusion of the Triumphant “Send Off”, Mother Francis along with adored relatives will be escorted to her earthly waiting room called Wayne Memorial Park North until her name is called to receive her crown of Righteousness . Now that she has finally met the Man she has witnessed to others about for so many years and been honored to sit at the feet of the one she prayed to, not to mention beholding the beauty of the one she taught her children about, her spirit is satisfied and when the trumpet is sounded and the sky opens once and for all, the Master Himself will call her name saying, "Irene, you’ve been faithful, you’ve been true and you’ve done all you could ever do and for your faithfulness, ITS YOUR TIME."

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Kerry Francis, Glenda Johnson, Cynthia Brown, Andy Francis and Arlene Smith, one sister, Nancy L. Robinson and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving guests at 103 Sandborn Pl., Goldsboro where they will also assemble for the funeral motorcade.
