Mrs. Ella Mae Mitchell Gore

With Consoling hearts the Majestic Family is assisting the precious loved ones of Mrs. Ella Mae Mitchell Gore as they prepare to say “Farewell” to this virtuous woman. 

The Legacy Remembering events will commence on Saturday afternoon between the hours of 5pm and 7pm in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Home’s Elizabethtown campus for moments of visitation and reflection.  At 3pm on Sunday, a Triumphant Obsequious will begin at Elizabethtown Middle School Gymnasium.  Following the Order of Divine worship in the gymnasium, Mrs. Gore’s delicate vessel along with her adored family will be escorted to the Piney Grove Church cemetery for Interment Rites. There’s nothing like a “good mother” and the love and values that she has forever etched in the hearts and minds of her children and other relatives that will sustain them although she is now in the company of our Heavenly Father resting in everlasting peace beyond the sky.

Left to cherish her memories: her husband: Luther Gore, her children:  James Mitchell (Marilyn-deceased), Clevell Baldwin (Dorothy), Eyvonne Smith (Terry), Sheila Cook (Tony), Beverly Graham (Curtis), Ellen Lloyd, Pamela Carlton (Harold) and Valerie Gore; special daughter:  Denise Hill; brothers:  Fred Mitchell and Jerry Mitchell (Julie); sisters:  Rosalee Mitchell and Queen Mitchell; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Guests are being received at the residence located at 705 South Hill St., Elizabethtown where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
