With genuine sympathy, Majestic Funeral Home announces the transition of Mr. Slade Linwood Meares of Clarkton, NC from this life to life eternal on Monday morning at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Whiteville, NC.

The family will receive guests on Thursday evening between the hours of 6pm to 8pm as Mr. Slade lies in repose at the funeral establishment.

Services to commemorate Mr. Meares’ life will be held on Friday at 3pm in the Majestic Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be escorted to the Salem Church Cemetery in Clarkton, NC for Interment Rites following the service.
