Mr. Laneal Burney

With an abundance of sympathy, the Majestic Funeral Home Family announces to all that Mr. Laneal Lonnie Burney no longer answers to his name on this side because he answered his Heavenly Father’s summons on October 28, 2018 while in Roanoke, V.A. 

The “Last Mile” events between Mr. Burney and his precious loved ones will be begin with visiting moments on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm in the main chapel of Majestic Funeral Home in Riegelwood, NC. The celebratory events will climax with a Glorious Service of Remembrance on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 3pm at Mt. Pleasant AME Zion Church in the Armour Community of Riegelwood. Pastor T. Kendall will serve as the Chief Celebrant.  Following the services in the house of God, Mr. Burney’s physical temple along with his cherished family will be escorted to the Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery for Interment Rites. Yes this is as far as Mr. Laneal’s relatives can trod with him on this side of eternity, however, they can find solace understanding he is now in that land flowing with milk and honey and the King of Kings is present with all the saints that have made it over and each are praising our Savior all the day long. 

Visitors are being received at the residence located at 2411 Money Hole Rd. Riegelwood, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
