The moment in time has arrived and the Majestic Funeral Home Family has been asked to announce to all that Mr. James Singletary has permanently changed his address to 777 Highway 7 in that beautiful city called Heaven.
Moments of reflection will take place on Friday from 4pm until 7pm on the campus of Majestic Funeral Home. A Triumphant Life and Legacy Celebration will commence at 11am at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Evergreen, NC. Following the services in the house of God, Mr. Singletary's delicate vessel along with his adored family will be escorted to Kelly Cemetery in Bladenboro, NC for interment rites. Inspirational minds can imagine Mr. Singletary has settled into his brand new mansion in glory admiring the solid gold floors and walls of jasper. Not to mention, his reunion with all of his loved ones who have gone before him. All that knew and loved Mr. Singletary can find solace realizing he is sitting at the welcome table feasting on milk and honey with the heavenly host.
Honoring his memory are his children : Antonio Donnell Lennon (Kim) of Virginia, Delwynne T. Lennon (Barbara) of Raleigh, NC, Pamela Forte (Darrell) of Hope Mills, NC, Melody Singletary of Fayetteville, NC and Dr. James H. Singletary, Jr (Eva) of Fayetteville, NC; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one sister: Dr. Saundra S. White of Bladenboro, NC; two brothers: William Singletary of Bladenboro, NC and Carl Singletary (Frances) of Pembroke Pines, Florida and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. James had an impact on a multitude of people and he will be missed by all.
