Mr. George E. Phillips

In extreme sorrow, the staff of Majestic Funeral Home is embracing the tender hearts of the of Mr. George Edward Phillips. Mr. Phillips received his angelic wings early Saturday morning at Columbus Regional Healthcare Center in Whiteville, NC. 

A Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday at 2pm, in the A.B. Hobbs Life Celebration Chapel located on the campus of Majestic Funeral Home. Moments of Reflection have been allotted prior to the Order of Celebration from 1pm until 2pm on Tuesday, also at the Funeral Establishment. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on the days of old and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this devastating loss. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter:  Ronetta Butts; one son:  Terry Long; six grandchildren; two sisters:   Lorene Johnson (Lonnie) and Louise Phillips; two brothers:   Harry and John Franklin Phillips (Rutha) and sister in-law:  Lillie Smith and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The Compassionate Professionals of Majestic Funeral Home are serving the Phillips and connected families with uncompromising dignity during this time of sadness.
