God has spoken and with extreme sadness the Majestic Funeral Home Family, formally announces that Ms. Eva L. Herring answered the Heavenly Telephone early Friday morning and on the other line was her Lord and Savior whispering in a calm and soothing voice "Sit Down Weary Servant and Rest a little while."

A time to share in loving memories of Ms. Herring will take place on Friday from 5pm-8pm in the main sanctuary of Victory Faith Center, 805 Hwy 13S.

The day that will be appointed by the family to say "goodbye" has been selected to be Saturday at 2pm at Victory Faith Center in Dudley. Following the formalities in the sanctuary, Ms. Herring's earthen vessel as well as her cherished family will be escorted to Carver Memorial Park for Committal Rites. 

Left to cherish her memories are three daughters:  Devonna Banks Law of  Pasadena, CA, Senecca Hagens of Goldsboro, NC and Elaine Truzy Robinson of Dudley, NC; one son:  Michael David Truzy of Dudley, NC; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandson; one stepson:  Derrick Pearsall; four sisters:  Linda McLeod, Brenda Johnson, Ernesta Wright and Renee Banks, all of CA; three brothers:  Dennis Banks of Salt Lake City, UT, Kevin Banks Sr. of CA and Raymond Banks of OK and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and guests will be received at 306 S. Jefferson St., Goldsboro.
