Please allow the Majestic Funeral Home Family to take a moment and solicit your prayers, as we announce that Mr. Windell Campbell of 649 Mears Ln., Clarkton,NC, stood on the banks of Jordan Friday morning and his ship came sailing in at Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown. 

All who wish to spend precious moments with Mr. Windell and his loving family, may do so on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 4-7pm in the A.B. Hobbs Memorial Chapel on the campus of Majestic Funeral Home. The family will be present to receive friends from 6-7pm. The Obsequies for Mr. Campbell, will be held on Wednesday April 26, at 1pm at Pierce Chapel AME Zion Church, 595 Porterville School Rd., Clarkton. Following the services in the sanctuary, Mr. Campbell's earthen vessel along with his adored family, will be escorted to Mitchellfield Cemetery for Committal Rites. It is in this physical resting place that Mr. Windell will remain, until time is called into eternity and all of God's children, will stand before His throne and hear Him say "Well Done, thy good and faithful servant, enter into your Master's joy". 

Mr. Windell leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife of 68 years, Lois B. Campbell, of the home; four sons: Earl W. Campbell, Lawrence Campbell (Jannie), Richard Campbell (Shelby), Jerry Campbell (Rachel) all of Clarkton, NC; four daughters:  Katie Spaulding (Kenneth) of Chadbourn, NC, Bertie Neill, Wanda McLean, Brenda Gore, all of Clarkton, NC; thirty-three grandchildren; fifty-seven great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; two sister-in-laws:  Josephine Smith and Helen Brown; two brother-in-laws:  Henry and Albert Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Other than at the funeral home, this wonderful family will accept guests at 649 Mears Ln., Clarkton, where they will also assemble in preparation for the Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
